At Veellora Clothing, we strive to ensure you love every purchase. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
7-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All tags must be intact
- Product should be in original packaging
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required
Important: Report Within 24 Hours
You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product in case of:
- Defective item
- Damaged product
- Wrong item received

Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Once approved, we will share return instructions
⚠️ Note: Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Charges
- A ₹100 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount
Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about approval
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 days
- Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the amount
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery
- Subject to stock availability
- Same eligibility conditions as returns apply
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped

If cancelled successfully:
- Refund will be processed within 7 days of the request
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:
