At Veellora Clothing, we strive to ensure you love every purchase. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day return and exchange window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All tags must be intact
  • Product should be in original packaging
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required

Important: Report Within 24 Hours

You must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product in case of:

  • Defective item
  • Damaged product
  • Wrong item received

Return Process

To initiate a return:

Return Shipping Charges

  • A ₹100 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount

Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about approval
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 days
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the amount

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery
  • Subject to stock availability
  • Same eligibility conditions as returns apply

Order Cancellation

If cancelled successfully:

  • Refund will be processed within 7 days of the request

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
