Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details so you can monitor your delivery status in real time.
Delivery Process (COD Orders)
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the courier partner may call you prior to delivery
- If you are unavailable, you can:
- Request a rescheduled delivery, or
- Collect the parcel from the courier’s local office
To avoid delays, please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate and reachable.
Shipping Timeline
- Orders are delivered within 3–7 business days from dispatch

- Veellora is not responsible for delays caused due to:
- Courier partner issues or unforeseen circumstances
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping details
- Customer unavailability at the time of delivery
